Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ invites the community to its annual powwow on Saturday, Nov. 15, in celebration of National Native American Heritage Month. The event will take place at Kaminski Conference Center, 1704 W. Nob Hill Blvd., Building #38, with registration beginning at 11 a.m. and grand entry will start with a presentation of flags by the at noon.
YVC’s powwow will feature:
- A special ceremony honoring veterans
- Dance competitions
- A resource fair
- Local vendors and artisans
The event also celebrates the revival of YVC’s Tiin-Ma Student Club and is free and open to the YVC community and the general public.
