Discussion
The Nursing Club application had previously been tabled due to issues with submitted paperwork and incomplete information during the prior meeting.
Concerns included:
-
Incorrect application form submission
-
Inconsistent meeting schedule
-
Accessibility and inclusiveness of the club
-
Use of funds for the Nursing Pinning Ceremony
Renee explained:
-
Meetings will be held on Zoom to accommodate varied schedules
-
Recruitment flyers will be created
-
Pinning ceremony funding has historically supported nursing students
The matter was tabled until February 26 to allow time for a knowledgeable club representative to attend and provide additional information.
