Board of Trustees
Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ is governed by a five-member board of trustees consisting of citizens who reside throughout Community College District 16. Board members are appointed by the Governor.

Community Relations
Community Relations core functions include media relations, communications, creative
design services, photography, legislative relations, website content design and updates,
publicity, and public relations.​

Human Resources
Human Resource Services Department provides quality employment and professional development services to support a diverse learning centered institution in compliance with established Affirmative Action policies.

Public Records
Public Records for a state institution include any record containing information relating
to the conduct of college business that is prepared, owned, used, or retained by the
college. Only existing documents are releasable.

Policies & Procedures
Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ's policies and procedures offer guidance on key issues related
to college management and governance. They support informed decision-making and often
outline specific implementation steps.

Foundation
Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Foundation exists to provide scholarships to students and support
Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ. Since its inception in 1977 the Foundation has provided many
students with scholarships and financial assistance.


Consumer Information
YVC provides consumer information to the general public as well as students, faculty
and prospective students. The state, federal laws and college policy under the HEA
of 1965 dictates the criteria for this information.
