麻豆视频 has appointed Pedro Navarrete as its Vice President for Student Services and Enrollment Management effective July 1, 2026. 

Navarrete has held progressive leadership roles in student services and instruction at multiple institutions of higher education, most recently as Interim Vice President of Student Services and Enrollment Management at YVC. He previously held roles as Assistant Dean and Dean of Grandview and College & Career Readiness at YVC, Associate Vice President of Strategic Enrollment and Community Partnerships at Wenatchee Valley College, and Academic Advisor at Indiana University. His professional experience includes Guided Pathways implementation, strategic enrollment management planning, Complete College America initiatives, and community partnerships focused on educational access and institutional transformation. 

YVC President Teresa Rich highlighted Navarrete鈥檚 experience leading institution-wide enrollment, retention and student success efforts focused on improving access and persistence for historically underserved students. 

鈥淣avarrete has demonstrated success in helping YVC strengthen onboarding, advising, financial connection and Guided Pathways efforts that are improving the student journey from recruitment through completion while helping reduce barriers to higher education across the college鈥檚 service district,鈥 Rich said. 

鈥淚 am honored and humbled to serve YVC in this role,鈥 said Navarrete. 鈥淎s a first-generation college graduate raised in the Yakima Valley, I understand firsthand the transformative power of education, and I look forward to continuing to work alongside our students, faculty, staff and community partners to create opportunities, remove barriers and help every student achieve their educational and career goals.鈥 

Navarrete holds a Master of Science in Student Affairs and Higher Education Leadership from Indiana State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Central Washington University. He will begin doctoral studies in educational leadership at Indiana State in Fall 2026.
