Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s music program presents a Spring Latin Jazz Concert at 7 p.m. Monday, June 8, in , Building #12.
The free concert will feature performances by ³Û³Õ°ä’s Jazz Ensemble and Jazz Combos with special guests the Three Rivers Jazz Orchestra.
The program will include compositions by artists such as Bob Mintzer, Chucho Valdez, Cal Tjader and John Fedchock.
³Û³Õ°ä’s music program provides students with affordable academic courses and quality performing opportunities in vocal and instrumental music as well as private lessons. The department also offers courses designed for students who have an interest in music as a non-major. ³Û³Õ°ä’s Jazz Ensemble and Jazz Combos have won numerous awards and are known throughout the Pacific Northwest region for their quality.
