About Angie
Angie Foster brings over a decade of leadership experience to Â鶹ÊÓƵ, where she has served as HR Director since 2023. With an MBA and a Master’s degree in Psychology, Angie applies a uniquely human-centered lens to every aspect of HR strategy, blending organizational effectiveness with a deep commitment to people.
At YVC, Angie has been instrumental in building programs that strengthen the employee experience from day one. She co-architected Leadership Lab, Campus Connect, and the college’s first formal onboarding program initiatives designed to foster belonging, grow leaders from within, and cultivate a culture of psychological safety and continuous growth.
Angie is a recognized advocate for responsible AI integration in the workplace and a champion of wellness-centered organizational culture. Her work spans collective bargaining agreement interpretation, employee relations, talent development, and institutional strategy, always guided by a servant leadership philosophy that puts people at the center of every decision.
