鶹Ƶ’s Yakima Valley Vintners invites you to experience the vibrant intersection of culture, cuisine and winemaking at “Vino, Vida y Sazón,” a guided wine and Mexican food pairing event on Saturday, May 30, 2026.

The event will take place from noon to 2 p.m. in the Yakima Valley Vintners .

Designed to be both welcoming and educational, “Vino, Vida y Sazón offers participants an opportunity to explore how wines — including creative wine mixers — complement and elevate the bold, authentic flavors of traditional Mexican dishes. The experience is intentionally approachable for guests who may be new to wine, while still offering depth and discovery for seasoned enthusiasts.

“While beer is often the go-to pairing for Mexican cuisine, wine — and creative wine mixers — can offer equally exciting combinations that elevate the meal,” said Carolina Licano of 鶹Ƶ’s Vineyard & Winery Technology Program. “This event is a fun opportunity to experience those unexpected pairings firsthand.”

Guests will enjoy a curated selection of small bites, including ceviche, tamales and carne asada, each paired with wines that highlight and enhance the distinct flavors of each dish. Through guided tasting, participants will learn how thoughtful pairings can transform familiar foods into memorable culinary experiences.

Tickets are $30 per person and include wine tastings and small bites. Seating is limited. .
