Student Financial Responsibility Agreement (SFRA) in ctcLink
What is SFRA?
The Student Financial Responsibility Agreement (SFRA) is a required acknowledgment that students must complete in ctcLink before registering for classes. By signing the SFRA, students agree to take responsibility for paying tuition, fees, and other charges related to their enrollment at Â鶹ÊÓƵ (YVC).
Why Is It Important?
Students must accept the SFRA to:
- Proceed with registration in ctcLink
- Understand their financial obligations to the college
- Acknowledge awareness of payment deadlines, refund policies, and potential late fees
IMPORTANT: Students cannot register for classes in ctcLink until the SFRA is completed. If student account charges are not paid when due, YVC may assess a finance charge at the rate of 1% per month on the past due portion of those charges in addition to any late payment fee.
When Will This Start?
YVC students will be required to complete the SFRA starting with Winter Quarter 2026 registration.
Students only need to complete the agreement once per academic year (Fall through Spring).
