Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ students have access to TimelyCare, a free virtual health and wellness service designed specifically for college students. Whether you're feeling under the weather, dealing with stress, or just need someone to talk to, help is available whenever you need it — day or night.

24/7, on-demand emotional support to talk about anything, including anxiety, relationships,
depression, and school-related stressors.
Scheduled Counseling
Choose the day, time, and mental health provider that best works for you.
Health Coaching
Develop healthy lifestyle behaviors, including nutrition, sleep habits, time management,
and mindfulness.
Self-Care Content
Visit the "Explore" page within TimelyCare for guided self-care content, including
yoga and meditation sessions, as well as group conversations with our providers on
a variety of health and well-being topics. Students have access to TimelyCare services
365 days a year. That means you have access during breaks, after-hours, and any time
you need support! Visit to get started.

Underage Students (Under 18)

TimelyCare is a virtual health and well-being platform available 24/7 for Yakima Valley College students.
It’s easy. Just visit or download the TimelyCare app, sign in with your .edu email, and you’re in.
Parent or Guardian Consent
TimelyCare has a new, simple process for minors (under age 18) to get parent/guardian authorization and consent to access TimelyCare’s services.
- Share the consent form with your parent/guardian. Once your account is created, share the electronic consent form with your parent/guardian to complete.
- Check your email. Once we receive your completed consent form, a team member at TimelyCare
will upload it to your account. - Start to use TimelyCare services!
Consent Forms
TimelyCare’s Scheduled Counseling and Health Coaching appointments are available days, evenings, and weekends. TimelyCare’s on-demand TalkNow services are available 24/7.
A student will continue to have access to their TimelyCare account so long as they are enrolled in either the current term OR in a future term. There is no minimum number of credit hours to qualify for enrollment.
- TalkNow: 24/7, on-demand emotional support.
- Self-Care Content: 24/7 access to self-care tools and resources, such as meditation and yoga sessions, helpful videos, and short articles from experts.
- Peer Community: An anonymous and judgment-free space where you can connect with, react to, and support other students going through similar situations.
