About Stephanie
After many years working as a clinical dietitian and an adjunct faculty member, I am happy to be teaching full time at YVC. I very much enjoy teaching others about nutrition. I love the curious minds and energy that our YVC students have.
In my classes, I relate nutrition material we are learning to how the information is used in a nutrition related work setting. We use case studies to apply nutrition information. We also learn from each other. Each of us bring diverse food and nutrition experiences to the classroom.
