About Megan
I am extremely proud to be serving the students of Â鶹ÊÓƵ as a political science instructor. I have 16 years experience in a variety of roles in education, including five years as an adjunct instructor. During my studies I focused on comparative politics, conflict resolution, and intelligence. My primary area of interest is Cold War-era international relations and reconstruction. In my spare time I enjoy traveling, playing tennis, baking, and gardening.
Political science is growing in popularity at the college-level due to the younger generation becoming involved in policy development and social movements. Taking courses in this field will deepen their understanding of the United States' governmental framework and individual liberties, cultivate advanced critical thinking skills, and create meaningful connections between global issues and local realities.
