About Jim
If you are an immigrant, refugee, or international student, then "Hello and welcome to the United States." I love to teach English to such people and help them succeed here in America.
I am married and have two boys. We have lived in Selah since 2018. Before that we spent 9 years in Michigan while I taught English to international students at Michigan State University. I like the outdoors, reading, and playing pickleball.
The most important thing about me is that I am a Christian. That doesn't mean I claim to be perfect, but it does mean that, by God's grace, I try to live in such a way that I can enjoy and please Jesus Christ as much as possible.
