Ludvina Mary Donaldson
Enrollment Services
Ludvina Mary Donaldson, retired Enrollment Services employee, passed away on March 29, 2026 surrounded by her family, following a long and courageous journey with cancer.
Ludvina was a dedicated mother, grandmother and friend. She poured her heart into her grandchildren by devoting her time to caring for them after school during their childhood, and by supporting their accomplishments in adulthood. Ludvina had a vibrant social life and spent many days with her closest friends over a glass of white wine. She liked to refer to her friend group as “The Golden Girls”, and they called her by her nickname “Luddy”.
She battled cancer five times and was a proud, resilient survivor. In the face of each diagnosis, she showed grit and inspired those around her. Although cancer was a large part of her story, she did not allow it to define her. She will be remembered for her loyalty, generosity, bravery and spunky personality.
