| Nov 3-13 | Advance Winter Quarter registration begins for currently enrolled degree/certificate seeking students. |
| Nov 16 | Returning and transfer student (30+ college credits) Winter Quarter 2027 registration begins. |
| Nov 23 | Deadline: All transcripts (college and High School) must be received for Winter Quarter 2027 for full or part-time transfer student admission. |
| Nov 23 | Deadline: Last day to apply and pay admission fee for Winter Quarter 2027 admission for new, *returning, and transfer full or part-time students seeking a degree or certificate. |
| Nov 30 | Deadline: Last day for students to complete placement (testing) and schedule New Student Orientation appointment in Yakima and Grandview. |

| Jan 1 | New Year’s (observed) – College closed. |
| Jan 4 | Winter Quarter 2027 classes begin. |
| Jan 4- Jan 5 | Current students can add a class without an instructor signature through their online ctcLink account. |
| Jan 6 | Students can add a class with instructor signature. Class adds must be completed on an Add/Drop Form. |
| Jan 4 – Jan 10 | Refunds- 100% refund period ends on January 10. |
| Jan 4 – Jan 17 | Students can drop a class in this period and the class does not appear on transcript. All drops after January 8 must be completed on an Add/Drop Form and submitted to Registration. |
| Jan 14 | Final drop for nonpayment process. Any classes added after this date will not be dropped for nonpayment. Student is responsible for all charges and nonpayment will result in tuition blocks and possibility of being sent to collections |
| Jan 15 | Census Date- last day to adjust enrollment level for Financial Aid. |
| Jan 11 – Jan 24 | Refunds- 50% refund period ends on January 24. |
| Jan 18- Feb 19 | Students can withdraw from a class in this period and the grade appears as a “W” on transcript. Drops must be completed on an Add/Drop Form. |
| Jan 18 | Martin Luther King Jr. Day- College closed. |
| Feb 2 | Summer Quarter 2027 graduation application deadline. |
| Feb 5 | Incomplete grades for Fall Quarter 2026 due in Records & Registration Office. |
| Feb 9 | Advising Day – No day-time classes are held on advising day. Evening classes that begin after 6:30pm are held at their normal times. All Bachelor of Applied Science classes follow their regular schedule. |
| Feb 15 | President’s Day – College closed. |
| Feb 19 | Deadline: Last day to withdraw from Winter Quarter. Drops must be completed on an Add/Drop Form. |
| Feb 26 | Deadline: Last day to submit Winter/Spring/Summer 2027 degree/certificate applications to be included in the June commencement program. |
